A Review of A Blogger's Blogger Blog
Today for the sake of education, I am reviewing another Blogger's blog. It is important for one to both give and receive feedback to improve in ones own endeavors. Thus, we are reviewing the blogsite of a peer. JJC CIS 210 Social Website Development VC.
The first thing I noticed is the beautiful colors of the theme. The colors are easy on the eyes, inviting the reader into the page.
Although the colors are very nice, the theme itself is a bit generic, it is clear that this is a Blogger powered site. More visual flair would be nice to entice readers into exploring the rest of your website.
Additionally, the title "JJC CIS 210 Social Website Development VC" is quite the mouthful and may be confusing to new viewers.
This Blogger has added archives and labels for their posts making it easy for readers to navigate the site for information they need.
Unfortunately this blogger has not updated their profile picture making their blog feel uninhabited or outdated.
I found this Bloggers posts to be short and sweet with pictures provided. Although the tutorials provided are enough to complete the action, more information would be nice regarding the uses of the feature.
The pictures that are provided do not seem to have title text but do have alt text. I would add a title so readers can gain a quick synopsis of the image by hovering over it with the mouse.
Nitpicking aside, this is a decent blog site, where with a few changes something special can be cooked up.
